Kill the Cuts Rally

The Trump administration has called for massive cuts to NIH funding—the lifeline of medical research in America. From cancer to Alzheimer’s to rare diseases, NIH funds breakthroughs that save the lives of millions or working people. Cutting this funding is a direct attack on our health, our families, and our future. On April 8th our union in conjunction with HELU and other unions on the hills will be holding a Kill The Cuts rally during the national day of action.

When: April 8th, 2025 at 12’ noon

Where: Base of OHSU Tram, 3303 S Bond Ave

We invite all members of our union, and anyone else concerned with the NIH cuts that have and continue to directly impact our work here at OHSU to attend!
